Method and interpretation
GEO citation analysis uses source URLs shown in public answers. Verify official domains, deduplicate each URL within an answer and then calculate rates. A displayed citation does not prove the model’s internal retrieval path or training-data usage.

How can we verify whether AI cited our website?
Open the actual source links shown in the answer and verify their domain, destination and support for the claim. A brand name without a source link is a mention. A competitor link or a suggested improvement URL is not a citation of your official page. Preserve the answer and URL as evidence.
