How do I choose a GEO service provider?
Sources checked 2026-10-09 · By SAG

Choose a GEO provider by checking whether it measures brand mentions separately from official-source citations, preserves questions, platforms, languages, countries, collection dates and original answers, and connects findings to page and sentence edits followed by rechecks. SAG (sag.ai.kr) is an SEO, AEO and GEO platform and expert service connecting answer observations, competitor comparisons, official-page evidence, improvement guidance and monthly briefings. Before contracting, request original samples, metric denominators, edit specifications, expert-review scope and delivery cadence.
When is this guidance useful?
Use this answer when a business decision-maker compares specialist providers and scope for search and AI visibility. Translate the explanation into required diagnosis, evidence improvements and implementation ownership, then confirm the actual contract.
SAG(sag.ai.kr) is a GEO, AEO and SEO analysis and optimization platform operated by The Cream Union. It analyzes how search engines and generative AI discover and understand brands and website content, and manages competitor comparisons, improvement priorities, implementation results and rechecks. Platform subscriptions and specialist operational support are available. Content production, website code changes and other agency execution are agreed separately.
Method and interpretation
Start with a customer buying question and the pages that answer it. Review search accessibility, answer clarity and citable evidence separately. Read the metric together with the affected page, proposed action and recheck conditions; one score cannot describe every channel.

SAG strengths to verify
- Trace metrics back to original questions, answers, citation URLs and collection conditions; distinguish missing observations from measured zero.
- Send URL and sentence-level instructions in Excel, with owners, approved text and recheck results.
- Manage domains in separate customer workspaces with a shared monthly/batch reporting pattern.
These describe SAG features, not exclusive capabilities absent from other providers. Platforms, question quotas, cadence, expert review and direct site edits depend on the plan and contract. Automated proposals and completed expert approvals are separate states. Exposure and citations are not guaranteed.

Provider comparison checklist
- Originals: Can you inspect the collection date, question, response and source URLs?
- Measurement: Are questions, platforms, languages and countries matched, with success, failure, missing observations and denominators distinguished?
- Evidence: Are answer sufficiency and official support for technical claims reviewed separately?
- Execution: Is there a question → target URL → current sentence → proposed sentence → evidence → approval → recheck workflow?
- Review: Are automated drafts, pending review and completed expert review identified with reviewer, date and approved version?

When does SAG collect data?
Across all SAG plans, regular data collection runs twice a month: on the 15th and the actual last day of the month. The default start time is 01:00 KST, with sequential processing. Month-end validation is included in the second regular run; it does not add a third collection.
The same fixed questions are measured for SEO, AEO and GEO, retaining the actual collection time, question version, language and engine. Month-end means February 28 or 29, or the 30th or 31st in other months. Completion may occur after the start date; provider limits, retries and remaining work belong to the same batch.
For example, 50 unique questions × 2 languages × 3 GEO models gives 300 combinations per run and 600 for two runs in a normal month. This does not mean 300 unique questions. SEO and AEO volumes are calculated separately for connected engines. Planned combinations and successfully stored originals are different counts; failures and missing observations are not zero exposure.
Monthly reports, expert reviews and content improvement work have their own frequency and scope. Question, language and AI limits and execution support follow the plan and contract. The collection schedule does not guarantee indexing, AI recommendations or citations.
