How do original diagnostics and monthly reports differ?
Original diagnostics are point-in-time job results; monthly reports summarize period records, changes and actions.
What a passing page check means
The presence of HTML fields does not establish that a page answers a customer question or earns citations. Review the actual collection date, page version and checked fields, then inspect the answer, conditions and official evidence.

Connect the question to one target URL. Record the current and proposed wording, conditions, evidence, owner and approval. After publication, check the new page version and matching metadata. Reobserve the same question version, platform, model, market, language and device; measure brand mentions and official citations separately with numerators, denominators and timestamps. Without comparable data, improvement remains unknown.
